Debtmerica is a fully Audited and Accredited member of TASC (The Association of Settlement Companies) and has been independently reviewed to maintain compliance with the TASC Best Practice Standards. The mission of TASC is to promote best practices of its member debt settlement firms, protect the interests of consumers, and support the debt settlement industry on both a state and federal level. As an Accredited member of TASC, Debtmerica voluntarily completes a thorough annual audit and regular "secret shopper" calls to verify that our Debt Consultants are following the standards set by TASC as well as comply with local and federal law.
