Inc. Magazine launched its 3rd annual Inc. 5000 list which includes rankings of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The various firms are ranked based on their percentage of revenue growth from 2005 through 2008.

We are proud to announce that Debtmerica ranked as one of Orange County’s top places to work by the Orange County Business Journal. Debtmerica is a fully Audited and Accredited member of TASC (The Association of Settlement Companies) and has been independently reviewed to maintain compliance with the TASC Best Practice Standards. The mission of TASC is to promote best practices of its member debt settlement firms, protect the interests of consumers, and support the debt settlement industry on both a state and federal level. As an Accredited member of TASC, Debtmerica voluntarily completes a thorough annual audit and regular "secret shopper" calls to verify that our Debt Consultants are following the standards set by TASC as well as comply with local and federal law.

USOBA Accreditation

Debtmerica is a fully-accredited member of USOBA (United States Organizations for Bankruptcy Alternatives). By doing so, Debtmerica has been independently reviewed and audited to maintain compliance with the standards set forth by USOBA, which incorporate robust consumer disclosure, compliance with all applicable law, and adherence to member guidelines.
