Debtmerica Expands Team Hiring Key Managers

LOS ANGELES, August 3/PRNewswire/--With a continuing increase in client enrollments and an ongoing emphasis towards customer service and compliance, Debtmerica Relief has hired several managers to maintain and oversee licensing initiatives and lead marketing projects that promote education for clients.

Kristen M. Bemis, in-house legal counsel, joined Debtmerica in July and is currently pursuing the major licensing initiatives to ensure that the Company remains in compliance with all regulatory guidelines required by various states. Kristen previously worked with small public companies assisting in their Securities and Exchange Commission reports, where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in working with regulatory agencies and issues. Her knowledge and background will help ensure that Debtmerica adheres to the highest level of ethical standards and compliance.

Debtmerica’s marketing team is led by Marketing Director, Carlos Caponera, who joined the firm in February. Shortly thereafter, Miron Lulic, Product Development Manager, was hired to round out a first class team. Currently, the marketing department is focused on improving the current Debtmerica websites to provide more industry and product information, while also serving as a one-stop portal for consumers. The team is also working to reach out to consumers through various new media channels.

Jennifer Johnson was recently promoted to Director of Business Development and Training. Jennifer leads the Company’s wholesale team and she also spearheads the national training effort for Debtmerica’s partnerships. Her focus is to provide detailed and compliant training for partner offices and internal sales staff.

Debtmerica Sponsors & Volunteers for Foster Youth at High School Graduation Celebration

LOS ANGELES, July 1/PRNewswire/-- On Thursday, June 11th, Debtmerica, LLC sponsored and volunteered at the graduation event for the Orangewood Children’s Foundation.  The graduation party commemorated the accomplishments of all their foster youth that were graduating from high school.   Over 45 Debtmerica employees volunteered at the event that was held at the First Presbyterian Church of Orange.  Debtmerica sponsored the evening with a significant financial donation and volunteers took part in every detail of the event.
 
Debtmerica employees were assigned to a range of activity stations which included arts and crafts, food and beverage, a photo booth, raffles, and games.  The graduates were given an opportunity to create face masks and frames to celebrate the Mardi Gras theme.  Pictures were taken to remember the important night and volunteers were able to interact with the graduates before the ceremony.  After a few hours at the activity stations, the graduation ceremony followed.

Debtmerica volunteers watched as the graduates were handed a Certificate of Completion from Orangewood, which marks an important and vital step in their lives.  Not only do the certificates recognize the youth for graduating high school but they also mark the stage in their lives where they will move on from foster care to become self-sufficient adults.  The graduation ceremony was followed by a celebration with music, a DJ, dancing and food.  Big smiles were present on the graduates, and volunteers had proud faces as they witnessed the impact of their contributions.

Kristi Piatkowski, the Volunteer Services Program Manager at Orangewood, expressed the Foundation’s deep appreciation, saying, “Debtmerica and its staff are remarkable and truly made this event special for our kids.  Their financial support and staffing at the event made the night a huge success. The award was presented to Debtmerica at the annual TASC conference which was held the first weekend of April in Las Vegas, NV.

Debtmerica, LLC Informs WFG Associates about Debt Relief Options and Highlights its Debt Reduction Program

LOS ANGELES/April 7/PRNewswire/-In early March, Debtmerica, LLC participated at the World Financial Group (WFG) Convention of Champions that was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The annual Convention brings thousands of WFG agents together to hear from industry leaders and interact with various financial product providers.

Debtmerica’s team gave a presentation to hundreds of WFG Associates, introducing the debt reduction program and detailing how it helps clients become debt free. Debtmerica staff also had the opportunity to meet with WFG Associates at a Company booth in the Exhibition Hall, providing marketing and training materials at the booth. Debtmerica’s staff gathered valuable input from WFG agents that have been utilizing the debt relief program for clients in need of debt help.
